Privacy Policy

This site is run by Jacob Norris, a salesperson at LaFontaine Buick GMC Lansing (5901 S Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48911). It is Jacob’s own site for helping shoppers find and reserve cars — it is not the dealership’s official website.

What is collected

When you reserve a test drive, ask about financing, or use the chat, the site collects the name, phone number and vehicle details you provide. Like most websites, it also uses cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta to understand which pages and ads bring people here.

How it is used

Your information is used to answer you, confirm the car you picked, and arrange your test drive. Contact details go to Jacob’s customer system (GoHighLevel) so he can follow up personally. Analytics and advertising data are used in aggregate to measure the site and its ads.

What is not done

Your personal information is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers that run this site’s forms, messaging and analytics, and with the dealership when you move forward on a vehicle.

Your choices

You can browse every car here without giving any information. If you would rather not be contacted, reply STOP to any text, or call or text Jacob at 517-300-2078 and ask to be removed.
